Our specialty is in the area functional training and sports performance, but we are in the business of improving anyone's quality of life through improved fitness. We have a wide array of strength training equipment from  sandbags  and kettlebells  to bumper plates. We also work with athletes to improve speed, agility, quickness and power.

We're strategically located to serve members from south Jensen Beach to Hobe Sound and from Palm City to Sewalls Point
